My son has reached another milestone: crawling and attempting to pull himself up. He was sick with the flu all last week, so I've been pretty occupied with that. Things didn't stopped there though. Just after he's completely cured with the flu, he suffered from hives breakout (the culprit is still a mystery). Went to the doctor out of panic mode, and she told us that it was a common hives that should go away within 48 hours. No medications needed after all. Although the doctor did mentioned that IF the hives worsened (eyes and mouth area puffed up), we should immediately take him to the ER to get antihistamine shot or something like that. How glad we were that that didn't happened. Otherwise it'd be a topsy turvy evening.

So now everything has been pretty much calm and mellow.

That's all for now. Until the next post!

**update: The culprit turned out to be PAPAYA! Meh.

One of my favorite Indonesian young designer ever! KLE is a fashion label based in Jakarta, "masterminded" by Kleting Titis Wigati. The label is based on wearable edge design and constructive tailored pattern base.

Some of the Spring/Summer 2011-2012 collection "Simplified Complexity" that I absolutely love:

I really can't wait to get my hands on these clothes!

Red Carpet Best & Worst Dress: Grammy 2011

Here's the Grammy Red Carpet Best Dressed as according to me:

Selma Blair
Pregnant Chic!

Philip Lawrence, Bruno Mars, Ari Levine
Rat pack cool!

I love the shape of this dress, it really compliments her figure and the shoulder details take this dress to another level.

Kelly Osbourne
She looked like a breath of fresh air with this gorgeous dress!

Jennifer Hudson
One of my most fave Red Carpet look of the night!

And here's the Red Carpet Worst Dressed in my opinion:

Willow Smith
What can I say? Simply a hot mess.

Ricky Martin
Seriously, WHAT?

Kim Kardashian
This dress is so not her. Unflattering and unsexy. C'mon Kim, you usually do way better than this.

Justin Bieber
Two words: Too. Big.

Jordin Sparks
This dress is such a pain in the eye.

Happy Valentine's Day those celebrating. Me? I'm not one who celebrates Valentine's Day. I believe that everyday should be filled with love. Anyway. No Valentine's Day photo edition of my son today. Not only because I couldn't find a costume on time, but also he's coming down with the flu. Poor thing. I wish I could kiss his sickness away and make him all better.

blahs and baby

I realize that ever since I have a child, I haven't had the chance to actually "go out" like I used to. Meaning: dining out to new restaurants, watch movies in the cinema, attending many events, etc. Especially since I'm still stubbornly wouldn't give in to having a nanny. Hence, it has been pretty quite on my part for the last couple of months or so. I wouldn't change it for the world, though. The time to do those things will come again soon.

So in the meantime, allow me to dedicate this entry for my son. He will be 6 months old soon, and he shall be ready to start his first solid food then. I'm quite excited about it yet nervous at the same time. But I'm sure things will be just fine. He is such a smart and delightful boy (okay, I'm sure every parents will say the same thing about their own child, but it's the truth!). I can't wait for the day he'll be able to stand up and take his first walking attempt. That should be exciting.
