Remember the 30 Days Squat Challenge I started a while back? Well, I'm on my last day today. Whatever the results I'm still proud of myself for sticking to it and not quitting even though I've almost given up so many times. I'll post the end results tomorrow (maybe).
Here is a picture I've taken a few days ago. There are some visible results though I haven't gotten buns of steel quite yet. But after today, I'm going to start doing at least 50-100 squats every day. It really does work wonders for your 'behind' and stronger legs.
If anyone else are doing this challenge, perhaps you can share your experience and maybe the results?
