Little A's 5th

This is a late post, I know. But it's better late than never. Right? So on August 26th my son celebrate his 5th birthday. Wow. I can't believe he's 5 already. It seems like he just popped out of my tummy yesterday. Before you know it, he'll be starting his primary years next year. *tears*

Anyway. He has been requesting a birthday party for reaching his 5th year milestones. He was being super specific about it. I'll tell you all about it.

He has been super obsessed with anything Jurassic themed. He has watched the Jurassic Park movie trilogy over and over. So it was no surprise that by the time the movie Jurassic World movie came out, he literally nagged us to go see it at the cinema. The rest is history.

Birthday theme: Jurassic World.
Venue: School (husband and I asked him whether he would like to have his party at home where we can invite more people.. but Little A insists on just having it at school).
Party Organizer: Le Husband (check out all the little details he prepared and made himself below!)

Clockwise L-R: Props (Invitations, Name Tags, Photobooth props), Fire styrofoams, Jurassic World entrance (with husband holding the dinosaur egg pinata he made himself), Jurassic World backdrop 3x2m

Party at school
SUCCESS!

And over his birthday weekend, we decided to continue the celebration with my family and husband's family. We went for lunch at this Japanese restaurant called Tamba in Melawai.

I would like to wish my son a happy (belated) 5th birthday through this post. I'm wishing him nothing but the very best in his life. May you grow up to be a humble, compassionate, kind, charming, wise, smart and intelligent man, full of love and humor, always be a great joy to everyone's life you may touched.. Mama and Papa love you to infinity and beyond!
xx
